Shipping + Return Policy
Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday, and are closed on National Holidays. Standard delivery arrives within 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from date shipped. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Bella Sur is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please note, standard packages are not insured and the client takes full responsibility to file a claim with USPS if an item is lost or stolen.
We offer international shipping. Shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout. Please note Bella Sur is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carriers in your country. Bella Sur is not responsible for any taxes or custom fees your order may incur when receiving an international package.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number from USPS. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3-5 business days from your order date please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
