If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please wait an additional 2 business days prior to taking any action as it is likely that your package is still on its way to you. If you still do not receive it, please call USPS or UPS with your tracking number so that they may further assist you and locate your package. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and we do not provide replacement packages.
